If a defect or damage has appeared on the purchased product, we are sorry for the situation. Every complaint is handled individually with an emphasis on resolving it as quickly as possible.
To speed up the process, please send us detailed information about the problem together with photos of the defect to the e-mail address info@zrubko.sk. After receiving the documentation, we will contact you shortly with further instructions on how the issue will be resolved.

Returns
In accordance with the law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Returned goods must be complete, unused, undamaged, and if possible in the original packaging. After receiving and inspecting the returned shipment, the amount paid will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method that was originally used (unless agreed otherwise).

Notice: The cost of return shipping when withdrawing from the contract is borne by the buyer, unless agreed otherwise. The goods must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.
