General terms and conditions
1. General Provisions

registered in the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as the “seller”).

The buyer is a natural person or legal entity who orders goods through the online store www.zrubko.sk or by another method specified in these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “buyer”).
The buyer is required to provide true, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order, especially name and surname or company name, delivery address, contact details, and billing information.
2. Ordering Goods
An order is understood as:
- an order placed through the e-shop www.zrubko.sk,
- an order placed via e-mail,
- an order made by phone after mutual agreement.
The online store includes a full-featured ordering system that automatically calculates the product price, VAT, shipping cost, and allows the selection of a delivery date.
All orders confirmed by the buyer are binding.
The buyer is entitled to cancel the order without giving any reason within 24 hours of placing it by e-mail or phone. The seller does not charge any fees for order cancellation.
The seller is entitled to cancel the order or part of it if:
- the order cannot be confirmed,
- the product is not available,
- a significant price change has occurred from the supplier.
If the order has already been paid, the amount will be refunded to the buyer within 7 working days.
3. Conclusion of the Purchase Contract
The buyer's order constitutes a proposal for concluding a purchase contract.
The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the order is bindingly confirmed by the seller.
By sending the order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree with these terms and conditions.
4. Product Prices
The prices listed on the website www.zrubko.sk are valid at the time of ordering and are stated including VAT unless otherwise specified.
The seller reserves the right to:
- change prices,
- correct typographical errors,
- minor dimensional deviations of products (± 1 mm).
Goods are primarily sold in full packages. The quantity may be rounded up according to the product packaging.
5. Payment Terms
The buyer may pay for the order by:
- online card payment via the Stripe service,
- cash upon delivery or collection,
- bank transfer in advance.
Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer only after full payment of the purchase price.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery options:
- personal pickup – €0
- standard delivery – €30
- delivery at a later date – €40
- earlier delivery – €55
- express delivery – €90
The delivery date is determined based on the buyer's selection during the ordering process.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring access to the unloading location and receiving the goods at the agreed time.
7. Unloading of Goods
The unloading of goods is carried out manually.
The buyer must ensure at least one person to assist with unloading, especially for larger orders.
8. Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns)
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The goods must be:
- unused,
- undamaged,
- in a condition allowing further sale.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
9. Complaint Procedure
The buyer is required to check the goods upon receipt.
Mechanical damage must be reported immediately.
Complaints may be submitted by e-mail to info@zrubko.sk no later than 30 days.
The seller will resolve the complaint no later than 30 days from the date it is submitted.
10. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by a separate document – Personal Data Protection (GDPR) published on the seller's website.
The newsletter is sent only on the basis of the buyer's consent.
11. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
The seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions become valid on the date of their publication.
